First Consultation
First Consultation will include:
- In-person consultation will last around one and a half hour, depending on your needs.
- Personalised treatment plan.
- Follow up for the following three weeks, online or telephone, to ensure satisfactory progress of the agreed plan and that all your questions are answered, for 10-15 minutes each.
After registration, you will complete an initial clinical questionnaire on the clinic website. Your information in the clinic is encrypted and confidential, only accessible by the clinical team and yourself. The answers to this questionnaire are very important for starting to focus on the underlying issues, as they will provide crucial information to help understand which systems of the body are most relevant in your case.
During your first appointment, I will listen attentively, ask questions, and conduct a clinical examination.
It is very important that you bring any test results previously done, such as scan reports, blood tests and other laboratory results. We will assess whether any additional diagnostic tests may be necessary.
Following this first appointment, you will have (included with the initial payment) three more weekly follow up appointments of 10-15 min each, to ensure all your questions are answered and your treatment can start without delay.

Treatment
At the end of the consultation, we will agree on a personalised treatment plan. I will send this to you through your personal confidential access on the Clinic website. In my surgery, we aim to understand your health holistically, not just treating the symptoms, but addressing the root causes of the illness.
The treatments we use have medical evidence-base and may include pharmaceutical or herbal medications, nutritional supplements, dietary changes, lifestyle therapies, manual therapies etc.
Follow-up appointment(s)
We will discuss an individualised follow-up plan at your first appointment. The time for this first follow up will vary depending on your clinical situation, but it is generally around two months after the initial session. Here we will monitor your health journey, review your progress and discuss the next steps. These follow-up sessions may last up to one hour.
